Membuat Mail Server dengan Zimbra 8.8.11 di Centos 7 adalah solusi email, kalender, dan kolaborasi berkelas yang dapat di implementasikan pada public cloud atau private cloud. Dengan antarmuka berbasis browser yang didesain ulang, menawarkan pengalaman mengesankan paling inovatif yang tersedia saat ini, menghubungkan end user dengan informasi dan aktivitas dalam private cloud mereka. Sehingga aplikasi ini layak untuk di pakai pada perusahaan kecil, menengah, besar, sekolah, intansi dll.

Persiapan
Berikut yang harus disiapkan, diantaranya
- Server / VPS – System Requirements
- IP Public – Nat IP Publik ke IP Local untuk Port nya
- Centos 7 – Download
- Zimbra 8.8.11 – Download
- Domain
Langkah Pembuatan
1.Instalasi paket yang dibutuhkan
yum install nano wget bind bind-utils telnet perl firewalld -y
2. Atur TimeZone Centos
timedatectl set-timezone Asia/Jakarta
3. Atur Hostname Centos
hostnamectl set-hostname mail.latihanzimbra.ga
4. Stop dan Disable Postfix
systemctl stop postfix systemctl disable postfix
5. Ubah Hosts Centos
nano /etc/hosts
Masukkan IP Address Centos (Cek Dengan Perintah: ifconfig) IP Contoh: 111.222.333.444. Save dengan Ctrl+o
111.222.333.444 mail.latihanzimbra.ga mail
6. Ubah Konfigurasi resolv.conf
nano /etc/resolv.conf
Tambahkan baris berikut, di paling atas. Save dengan Ctrl+o
nameserver 111.222.333.444
Membuat DNS Server Local
7. Create zone di dns server bind
nano /etc/named.conf
Ubah
options {
listen-on port 53 { 127.0.0.1; };
listen-on-v6 port 53 { ::1; };
directory "/var/named";
dump-file "/var/named/data/cache_dump.db";
statistics-file "/var/named/data/named_stats.txt";

Menjadi

Tambahkan baris berikut setelah session-keyfile “/run/named/session.key”;
bisa juga diganti menggunakan IP Address DNS Server ISP.

Simpan perubahan menggunakan Ctrl+o

8. Create latihanzimbra.ga.hosts
nano /var/named/latihanzimbra.ga.hosts
Isi dengan baris dibawah (silahkan diubah sesuai nama domain dan IP Address yang digunakan)

9.Restart dns server bind
systemctl restart named
10 Check lookup

Bila respon seperti dibawah, konfigurasi sudah benar

Download dan Install Zimbra Mail Server
1. Download Paket zimbra mail server
cd /opt/ wget https://files.zimbra.com/downloads/8.8.11_GA/zcs-8.8.11_GA_3737.RHEL7_64.20181207111719.tgz
2. Ekstrak Paket
tar -zxvf zcs-8.8.11_GA_3737.RHEL7_64.20181207111719.tgz cd zcs-8.8.11_GA_3737.RHEL7_64.20181207111719
3. Install Zimbra Mail Server
./install.sh
4. Ketik y kemudian enter

8. Ubah password admin zimbra, ketik 6 kemudian enter

11. Ketik n kemudian enter

This helps us to track the uptake of the Zimbra Collaboration Server.

The ADMIN EMAIL ADDRESS created (admin@latihanzimbra.ga)

12. Tekan Enter

13. Jalankan firewalld

Konfigurasi pada DNS Public, cek lokasi dns disini masukkan nama domain.
