Mysql.server Is Not Running Pada Zimbra
Mysql.server Is Not Running Pada Zimbra menandakan database mysql memiliki kendala untuk menjalankan servicenya. Ini biasanya kemungkinan database korup atau memang ada beberapa faktor yang mengakibatkan itu.
Kendala itu pernah dialami, ketika salah satu akun pada zimbra terinfeksi spammer dan mengirim ribuan email terus menerus hingga server zimbra menjadi down/mati dan server gagal booting.
Muncul error seperti berikut
1. Error close status akun yang terinfect spam.
ERROR: zclient.IO_ERROR (invoke Read timed out, server: localhost) (cause: java.net.SocketTimeoutException Read timed out)
2. Dari log mailbox, mysql_error, zimbra.log muncul berikut

Solusi
1. Cek satu2 semua partisi ubuntu dengan perintah (cth: /dev/sda5)
tune2fs -l /dev/sda5 |grep -iE "last|state"
2. Muncul errornya seperti berikut

3. Checking disk /dev/sda5 yang error dengan perintah berikut
Umount partisi /opt
umount /opt
Checking disk dengan perintah berikut
fsck /dev/sda5
Pilih yes ketika muncul keterangan fix(y)?
4. Start Zimbra
